morning person or overload?
I am still trying to figure this all out and not sure what quirks I have are autistic and what aren't.
I have always considered myself to be a morning person. I have a few good hours early and then I am done for the day, frazzled and mostly worthless. Occasionally, if I am hyper-focused on one task I can go a few more hours but this doesn't ever transfer to a new task.
Could this be due to sensory overload? Where maybe I have just taken in my limit for the day?
Or am I just a morning person and this has nothing to do with being Aspie?

I doubt it's an aspie thing, because I am the exact opposite. I am pretty much useless in the morning but later in the day I get super productive. I just have to be careful because if I hyper focus too much then before I know it it will be 2:00 AM.
