Psychiatrist

I saw a psychiatrist for the first time yesterday, I was very worried and scared before I went, but everything went very well, he knew a lot about aspergers and about anxiety disorders, it was nice to talk to someone who understands me.

I'm glad everything went well. I think one thing people on this forum agree on is that it's important to see someone knowledgeable about AS.
