My whole life I've suffered from migraines. Additionally, I have a chronic headache that never goes away. Ever. The doctors have never been able to give me an explanation for this, and even my neurologist admitted some people are like that and nobody knows why. I recently read that there may be a connection between chronic headaches and aspergers, mainly because of the partial sensory overload. Bright colors can give us headaches, loud noises, too much light, etc. I was curious if anyone else suffers from similar headaches.

Answered your own question.
This is also the case for those who are chronic thinkers which is most of ASD period. Chronic thinking + sensory overload = ouch. Your basic equation.

Have they given you anything to at least easy them?

Yep. They put me on anti-depressants (somehow that was supposed to help). I had to frequently take high doses.. as a kid.. once I was old enough to really understand what the medicine did and make a decision, I quit taking it. The pain is tolerable, I've grown used to it.

I'm not giving any health advice here but cannabis is said to be a very effective remedy if the source of your headaches is cranial muscle tension. Of course smoking cannabis will get you high and there are many side-effects associated with that.

I have a headache about 100 days per year, at least. Most are sinus related (deviated septum) but its possible there is something more sinister behind them.

You are not alone, dude. I attribute most of my headaches to sensory overload. Going to a bar or any loud, crowded place will send my brain into a painful numbness. That is one of the reasons why I'm such a shut-in; being social hurts most of the time.

Perhaps you should try meditation. It is not easy at first, but with practice it can help you slow down your thoughts and reorganize your thinking into a manner that is not so offensive to yourself.

lots of headaches....

sensory overloads,yes...lights and cluttered noises

also sinus headaches(seems really bad before it rains or when the sky is overcast)someone said it was barmetric pressure?
Also, recently found out about "painrelief rebound headaches"....caused from taking painrelivers(moslty 500-1000mg Aceteminiphon, twice daily)over several days...then feel better, so dont take it and end up with a headache...some sort of withdrawl happens and the only way to stop the cycle is stop taking it for several days and deal with the headache.

Also, can get caffiene withdrawl causing headaches....to much MSG will do it,lack of sleep and stress in general.
I also have arthritus in several vertraba in my neck which my ciropractor said, causes me to have bad posture which causes tight muscles and....wait for it.....more headaches.

So in my case...there are many things...nonAs related, that can trigger them.

Yeah...I've always got some sort of pain in my noggin, as has been said: Senses overloaded, sinus headaches, tension headaches (tensing shoulder/neck muscles due to anxiety) and typical migraine headaches.

I've never been different....

All I have to add is that my mom has AS and suffers from constant headaches/migraines. I think for her it's a stress thing. She is so fixation/anxious/ocd that it's very easy for her to get super-stressed, and that can easily manifest itself in a headache. Hope you get it figured out at some point. :)

Had them alot more when I was younger...fierce blinding horrible headaches...Sometimes they would go on for days...my last multi-day headache happened around Christmas...i still get them, but not as often now...Often when I do, they are just hangovers.

Glad you brought this one up, I get a migraine on a daily basis, and the docs said something.... ugh, not very good with the terminology of the medical stuff and can never remember what they say-basically the vessels have some sort of thing going on where they contract and expand rapidly, so they think that is what causes mine. But I attribute it to other things as well, when more is going on around me I am more prone to get one than if I am doing the same thing every day over and over.

I too suffer from frequent headaches.

I am prone to photo sensitivity and as a result, I tend to eschew sunlight. I prefer dark and cold places (I am sensitive to heat as well).

I often have to take 2 Advil to relieve the symptoms.

My headaches aren't anything like migraines (thankfully!) but when I have them my eyes have a feeling as if they are being tugged on or they are full of lead or something. It's hard to explain. My brain feels like is a tad too small for my skull and the headache is at/near the forehead area.

I also tend to be a constant thinker/worrier and I have OCD, FWIW. I take 20 mg of Prozac a day.

I have headaches and migraines a lot. I don't get migraines as much as I used to though, but I can get headache from sunlight very easily.
