Even if all your symptoms are there and your social skills suck, at least your physical appearance and voice will be smooth and that's what I'm looking to do. Does anyone know how?

Lots of practice.
Getting help from someone you trust if possible.
There is a lot of info on the internet about interacting.
Even NT people seek to learn better social skills.

Don't talk about your interests all the time
Don't go into facts and trivia about it
Don't rock
Don't flap
Don't make weird noises
Don't start hopping and skipping around
Don't walk on tippy toes or heels
Make excuses for your symptoms that are subtle

Yeah , good start :)

Also :-

Learn to 'look and sound' interested in other people's lives and families .

If someone tells you they like Coldplay ( or whoever ) - don't go home , download all their tracks , burn them on a MP3 cd and present it to them the following day ....

Don't always sit in exactly the same seat in the staff room , everyday and then look anxious when you enter the room and somebody is sat in 'your' chair ...

On non- uniform day or whatever don't wear your normal clothes when everyone else turns up in fancy dress or super -hero costumes ...

Don't sit and eat the same thing for your dinner / lunch ( sitting in the same place ) every single day , after day , after day ..

To be continued I'm sure ...
