If someone is wasting your time, cut them out of your life. We don't have to be involved with people who only see us when nobody else is available. We don't need people that don't bother to get to know us.

I'm in the process of accessing free training programs to update my software skills. The person coordinating this clearly has taken the time to learn about the type of person I am. That's more than I can say about the people in social organizations that my H and I belonged to in the past (church groups).

To you guys out there, don't waste your time with people that won't bother to get to know you. There are plenty of nice people who will appreciate you for you.

Yeah....I understand. People frequently want to use me for other purposes, too, rather than for true companionship.

☺ we just have to not let these types of people get a foothold into our lives. If they ask where you've been.....answer this, "I am done and moved on ".

Yep...no doubt about that!

I'm well into the latter part of my life. I want to enjoy myself, finally. Enough of the bullcrap.

I can't wait to retire, so I can travel the world!
