Maybe you should stop pointing the finger.
It does interfere with social equities but its also something that you can work your way around.
Not all females are interested in the social bug.
I gather you're younger, if I'm incorrect about this make the next statements void.
However, if you are younger especially in teenager years keep in mind that the typical NT teenager doesn't give a damn about long term relationships, have no idea what love is or if they really feel it, ect. They just want to fit in, be cool and be accepted. Pursuing your interests and involving yourself in fields that you specialize in will enhance your chance of meeting someone interesting and someone who actually likes YOU and YOUR abilities rather than liking you for how much money you have, how hot you are and your social status. Wish I learned this earlier.
To answer your question on personal terms, no I do not hate it.
It gets in the way and can be a troubling thing, its put me through hell for sure but hey.. life moves on.
With time, determination and practice I will prevail. I don't want to get rid of it, I will instead use it to my advantage.
