With great Aspie-ness comes great responsibility
I must admit, the detachment Peter Parker faces on a daily basis rings an uncomfortable number of bells. Stan Lee created Peter to be a typical loner outsider (who likely was very similar to a good percentage of his readers), who had trouble with relationships, with getting regular employment, and with generally holding his real life together, but who was also a scientific genius and sterling example of how to carry oneself.
