Why did Virgin Media visit twice, or why were Virgin Media in the corner of your flat?
1) They probably visited twice in order to fix a problem that wasn't fully resolved first time. Or to deal with a new issue on their second visit.
2) Why are they in the corner of your room? I doubt they are. That's a bit weird. Or do you mean you are in the corner of the flat? I don't know why you are doing this. You could utilise the space within the entire flat. Being only in the corner seems silly.
