I just know if I started doing drugs I'd never pull myself back out. Normal life sucks too much. That's why I stay away, otherwise I'd be a goner.
You should read up on the long-term effects. Not sure you want that.
This is what happened to my brother. 17 months younger than me, and with no AS, he was my parent's "great white hope" but to no avail. One step-after-the-other took him to a life of crime, eventually to drugs and more, worse crimes then prison, the Mexican Mafia and eventually suicide, while leaving two families and children without support.
He was mostly just goofy old "Ron" until he started the path from weed to heroin and crack. He turned to heavy duty armed crime and armed robbery thanks to "friends" found along the way. This was a 30 year journey that began when he was about 20.
Long term physical effects of weed are generally minor and making weed legal takes it out of the hands of people who want to sell you crack. My hat's off to WA and other states who will do this for their citizens.
But be aware of the dangers. Please.
