Twitching caused by noises i find disturbing

Hi. When I hear someone making grunting or moaning noises, my arms or legs start to twitch uncontrollably. During the summer it gets worse. I've noticed that I do this because I'm scared off doing it which makes it worse. I also have problems with nose- and eye-twitching when I see people trying to anger me on purpose because they misunderstand me. I even twitch when I hear someone saying or doing things which reminds me of earlier, bad events, sometimes just a word. I find this very embarrassing and I find it incredibly annoying when I know that they can see that they can anger me. Are there anyone who knows what this is?
