I have pretty bad social anxiety and health issues. This can make social interaction draining. When my health is good and I'm with the right people I feel like a regular extrovert. I gain energy from social interaction and I don't feel drained afterwards. It's incredibly depressing not getting my social needs met. I also end up coming across like an introvert because of my depression. It's just a viscous cycle. Does anyone know how to deal with this problem?
