hi there i have been very anxious in the past year and i would like to know lots of things to stop my anxiety because i would like to have a good time and try new things that would make me happy and joyful.

- Quit caffeine, if you consume beverages which contain it.
- Speak to your GP about medications that can help alleviate anxiety.
- Become more active.
- Practice breathing exercises.

The best way for me is learn what your body is doing when it starts. (Fight and flight responce) This thing can be a bugger as we can't fight or run from the modern world and it leads to a constant adrenaline rush that cramps everything up. Leading to aces and pains, fatigue it's very rough on the body. The stomach partly shuts down and blood in the brain goes to more primal areas ready to F or F.

You have alot of control over this and can retrain your brain or fight biology\chemistry with chemistry. No coffe, find something that kick starts dopamine (Makes you feel happy) write down thought and Give a name to problems.
Don't turn to medications to early unless it's called for ?
