I've been using Kava off and on for years.
Today I picked up the new to me kind.

Anyone else try the Lavender blend?

I have taken bicycle rides, in the country, to help with stress, came home, and had some Kava.

I think the strenuous, physical activity *or the CNS depressant would be rather tolerable, but not both, together.

Dabblers are respectfully admonished, to take it during a rain, or possibly a slow time.

There is a nice, juices-flowing, endorphins kind-of feeling, you get from just the right amount of exercise.

Going from this, to slow-down mode made my heart flip-flop, for just a few minutes.

I think I would be safe, cooking or BBQ'ing a little on kava (not a whole banquet or holiday dinner.) I don't consider it hard, but still, definitely a drug, in active doses, I wouldn't risk powertools and driving.

Like a low to medium dose of sleeping pills, depending on your tolerances. I have a hard time saying what is appropriate, for others, because I'm sturdy.

Endorphins
I can dig it.
I cycle from 2 to 4 times per week.
Yes one or the other (not both)in evenings.
I hire folks for power tooling.

Folks hire me for their amusement.

Me not that kind of doctor
