Since changing my anxiety medication and having to work up to the dosage I need to be on, my special interests have been all over the place, I've had spontaneous strong interests that last a few days to a week at most. These have been mainly desires for something more than interests. I don't know how to react to these odd interests, they are very distracting and are giving my emotions a bipolar effect, will this come to an end once my meds are settled again?

Yes typically anti anxiety medication side effects will decrease after being on the medication. What medication are you on?
What happens before and during the down part of the mood swings? Any thoughts going through your head bringing you down?
