Sometimes when I'm taking the bus or sitting somewhere alone in public.

I get weird feeling of extreme awkardness when a a love song pops on the radio and there is a female in present.
My face get's hot and then I feel like I'm blushing.

Why do you feel awkward? Do you feel like the lyrics of the song really relate to you ? Do you think the female is relating to the lyrics? Do you think the female knows what is going in your head?

Yep, that happens to me too - especially if the song is a very intimate one. I'm not really sure why...

Maybe because the song is portraying a very personal emotion and it's awkward to share that with strangers.

I tend to feel sad when a romantic song is on the radio.

I never get that feeling when a love song plays and I couldn't care less. Many so-called love songs are really hate songs in disguise, or they have very unrealistic ideas about love, at least American songs, anyway.

I start thinking about the lyrics in my head and see it playout like a Movie.
Then I relies I'm doing this I start panicking in my head and try to think of something to get my mind off it.

Naw, this doesn't bother me out in public as there is too much sensory stuff going on but certain things hit 'too close to home' if you know what I mean like certain movies and tv shows altho sometimes music too. Can make me depressed and start ruminating and analyzing my life which can lead to some bad bad thoughts. I just try to avoid the subjects matters that trigger this, keep my mind on other things.
