Anyone tried/heard of 'Ultra Meditation' cd's, 'Super Brain Power' (book and CD) or Hemi-Sync products?

Not those products but I'm aware of the concept. I have used this free program but have no headphones(my cat chewed up the wires on them).

As I browsed youtube yesterday I stubled upon this video of a man who has clearly experience in meditation.

He has a EEG-machine to monitor what happens in his brain as he goes through different states of meditation.

Altering your brain chemistry through external vectors such as illegal drugs or binaural beat frequencies is not meditation.

I have a copy of one in a series of Hemi-Sync and find it rather relaxing would like the rest but they are expensive
