Hypersensitivity to clothes is common for autistic. I only wear loose fitting soft cotton clothes with label tags removed. The only exception are my swim trunks and my heavy coat.

I think basically whatever it's made out of, if clothing bothers you this way then it's hypersensitivity. Unless maybe you have some kind of allergy to certain fabrics. But a lot of us are bothered by clothing that doesn't bother others.

Also have to add that l love microfiber fleece. And I have microfiber sheets and blankets that I find very comfortable.

anything with polyester in it, especially nylon. to the point where i wore cotton trousers that were soft at school (this was not uniform, the uniform trousers were highly polyester) and had the inside of my blazers sleeves covered with cotton sleeves that were sewn in, and a cotton shirt. haha to this day im still wearing those types of trousers, i literally wear the same trousers everyday, not literally, but an identical pair every day. im weird haha

Seams and clothing tags drive me nuts. I can't tolerate certain materials like fleece or wool. Fleece feels like it is saturated in sweat and filth to me and wool feels like sandpaper against my skin. My sensitivity to touch is the strongest out all my senses.

It's the sound that clothing makes that I can't stand. Plus I don't like anything tight around my neck.
