They changed all the lights at my workplace for fluorescent ones and now my eyes water constantly :( . For me fluorescent lights don't move up and down like you've illustrated, they have pulsing spikes like stars; they also have very distinct rainbow spikes and halos around them, especially outdoors.

This is how I see fluorescent lights, if you imagine the spiky bits pulsing in and out:

Yeah i dont get that like you have are you more sensitive than me??? I can u see fluorescent light which vibration in my eyes i cant stare still because it hurts my head feel frustrated even street lights with white lights have rainbow in my vision so whats does it means?

I think I may know what you mean. So, when something illuminated by the light moves it looks kind of jumpy, rather than smooth? I've noticed this effect with some of the filament/Edison style LED bulbs. I think it's because the bulbs actually flicker very quickly (probably 60Hz). It just tends not to be noticeable unless things are moving.

yeah thats what i mean its really bright it hurts my eyes what do you mean 60HZ new bulbs or old bulbs?
