I came to this community after speaking with a psychiatrist who suggested I do so.

Anyone who can talk to me about how to socialize better and maybe get out of hugging and shaking peoples hands, well skin contact all together, without people getting mad at me.

I'm so desperate.

Splurging and going to a masseuse is ok. If finances are tight try calling a massage school and explain your situation. My friends and I form a massage circle. Everyone face each other's backs and make a circle and place your hands on the person in front of you, on their shoulders. Begin.

Try the Mirroring Technique. You start massaging the person you are talking to's hand. They will likely mirror you. Just start by touching their arm or so.

I also just ask my friends. I ask for massage certificates ( hand made ) for a 5 minute massage on a hard day. My friends n family love not having to buy me anything that cost $$$

The very thought of touching people gives me anxiety though, like I don't know. It's foreign to me, despite my family wanting hugs and me declining the offer. I only hug people if I feel a deep connection to them or they initiate because I'm too awkward to say no, so they get that weird one arm hug.

Well, babies are fine too. They're babies.
