Do you know how deal with sensory issues

I know how o deal with my smell issues i usally get away from that smell im very good at it i have hypersensitive smell i get frustrated by smells cover my nose is that good idea?

Severe to Profound on my left ear and have cochlear implant on Right ear i'm Deaf

You can hold your nose so you can't smell. If you can you'll know how if you can't I can't tell you how. So,

I can breath through the mouth so but i usally get away from it i hate it is that good thing get away from that smell?
