Are you officially diagnosed?

Having autism, in and if itself, doesn’t disqualify you.

An OTH discharge doesn’t disqualify you.

Any sort of "dishonorable" discharge does.

If you've been admitted to a mental hospital-----you're probably disqualified.

Why don't you "google" the Internet for the official word from a government website?

I read the Wisconsin eligibility requirements, and the federal eligibility requirements----plus the disqualifications.

Autism, in and of itself, doesn't disqualify you from a CCW.

If there's something else on your record (let me emphasize: I'm not thinking there's anything on your record), then it might disqualify you.

unless you do something which gets you arrested or admitted to a mental hospital, I doubt very much they can take away your CCW.

A CCW is good for 5 years.

Look at the website and see if you are required to report a new DX or anything like that. If not then you are probably OK until you renew your CCW.
