Things I've noticed for myself personally (maybe it's just me)

I have less movement in my face some days. Especially the part of my jaw. I was surprised to read this is actually associated with A.S.

Some days (not always) I have trouble knowing to do with my hands and my limbs feel lighter.

Visual distortions. I can look at something and it seems much larger or smaller depending on the day

Trouble communicating certain idea and slurred speech some days (again, probably the result of a shutdown)

Two things come to mind. SPD, and derealization/depersonalization which can be a detachment from emotion or your body. It can feel like your disappearing. Slurred speech is common. Happens to me even though. I'm pretty good with language. Atleast the non social aspect. Derealization typically is because of trauma atleast the emotional side, or some empaths use it as a coping technique.

Some times I smile but it is involuntary. I can look at something and it seems much larger or smaller depending on the day, Visual hyposensitivity is something that can happen interms of sensory processing disorder. None of these come off as odd.

I had DP and DR for a short a few months after I had major surgery three years ago (it was terrifying!) but this is definitely not the same. I agree about SPD though.
