I'm so confused, I know they can be co-morbid, but do I have both?????, none, one, whats going on with my life....

Yes. I'm a living proof that it's possible.
ASD had more anything to do with social cluelessness. And ASD itself is more than the social problem.
SAD is about social anxiety.
Few of the consequences of social cluelessness is negative feedback and overall unpredictability. And when that happens most at the time, it causes anxiety.
As why they end up being mixed up:
Sensitivity from ASD is inherent -- it's not only about sensitivity, and not just about aversion.
Sensitivity from SAD is from fight-or-flight response or paranoia from making more 'mistakes' and unpredictability in general.
ASD gets a hard time with unpredictability and change. Unable to cope with (Social) unpredictability and change could cause SAD.
SAD makes ASD worse.
ASD means you're an alien even if you're a native who cannot sync.
SAD means you're afraid of diplomacy, even if you're a native and could sync without a thought -- it's just anxiety that holds back.

i think your question is more valid when flipped around.
at least in the more severe cases of anxiety or where it's otherwise unexplainable.
my dad is pretty aspie though i think and is pretty extroverted.
i think it may mostly come down to where u are on the spectrum, i'm on the deeper end perhaps which is why i was essentially mute at school.
Im autistic, but i dont have Social Anxiety.
A few psychologist thought i had both, but more evidence pointed to Generalized Anxiety, since the act of socailizing does not bring about anxiety alone, im literally anxious all the time, regardless if i socailize or not. Not only that, i have no issues with public speaking or talking to complete strangers.
Socail anxiety is a mental illness that causes a person to feel large amounts of dread or fear when pursuing social interaction, people with SAD often avoid ordering food in resteraunts, beig around large crowds of people and even family and friends. It varies from person to person but treatments are usually effective
Autism Spectrum Disorder is a developmental neurological disorder, it is not specifically a Social disoder, but i can make a person very awkward and aloof. While many people aith autism prefer a life of solitude many people on the spectrum enjoy socailizing, even if they arent good at it.
