Well done :)

Next stop: the wonderful world of microwave ready meals. Some of the curries are well worth a go.

Congratulations!

I've been using a microwave for about two years now, at first I was scared (for some reason), now it's second nature :)

HAHAHAHA! I thought I was the only one with a problem. My husband makes fun of me because I am so averse to using the microwave. We didn't have one for years.

Thanks for sharing, and good luck with breaking more of your limitations <3 <3 <3

Just remember to not leave any metal spoons or forks or aluminium foil while using the microwave or it can cause damage to the microwave.

Me too, I suck at cooking, if it weren't for microwave foods, I probably wouldn't eat.

Well done Cricketman :D

Congratulations!

Funny story:
Once I wanted to melt a chocolate bar in the microwave because I wanted to have a chocolate dip. I microwaved the chocolate bar in a ceramic bowl for 4.5 minutes before I smelled something burnt and then heard a loud CRACK. When I opened the microwave, a cloud of smoke floated out. When it went away a little, I saw that the bowl had broke in 2, and the chocolate was completely charred. Our house smelled like burnt chocolate for a week, despite efforts to vent it.

That's great cricketman; here's to many more successful microwaving experiences.

I rely on mine heavily, couldn't live without it.

Microwaves save lots of labor!

I can heat a piece of chicken in 15 seconds, rather than have to put it in the regular oven for a minute, and have to clean up afterwards. All you have to do in the microwave is spread a paper tower around sometimes.
