I stare at the wall i see jumping fluorescent light every now then do you know what is this called?

Light sensitivity.
I'm the same, can see the flickering of fluorescent lights.

Me too.

I'm lucky to have moved into an office were the woman who used to have my seat was light sensitive too. She requested special lights to be put in above her desk and the desk opposite and the harsh effect is minimised.

yeah they are bit jumping while im anxious doesnt bother me lights dont really bothered me i really see a jumping
Its vibration on your eye so i dont squinting on fluorescent lighting buzzing noise can be annoying if stay long time they had new tubes in which is good
