What does this means:People ask me to repeat things I've said because they don't understand?
Does it refer to loudness? To the way you express thoughts?

Because Aspies don't socialize much, when they do socialize they may use terms or concepts that aren't commonly expressed at the time. This makes them hard to understand.

A soft bread roll. I like cheese, chorizo, tomato and rocket in mine.

Sorry, couldn't resist :)

BAP refers to the "Broad Autism Phenotype," where there are people who are not diagnosable with autism, but who possess many of the features/"symptoms" of it.

That would be if it's a question you get asked a lot, where people are asking you to clarify what you said or say it in a different way so that they can understand. It doesn't refer to volume and more to the way you express thoughts.

So it has to do with talking in a disorganized way or using big words?

Yes, it's a generally a sign if you speak above your age or use words that are bigger than most people are used to as well as disorganized speech.
