I, like many of the others with me, hated psychology or therapy sessions, particularly with schools.
I remember rocking, ticking, or flapping my hands every day. The teacher would always either hold down my hands, to stop, or tell me to sit on my hands. I hate it. If I can't flap, I can't control myself anymore. I can read other people's stims better than their face.
Also triggers bad memories of ex girlfriend who always sat on her hands.
