Medical ID tages

I tried typing Medical ID in the search box because I know there have been posts on this before but when I did nothing showed up.

I'm looking for one that won't fade. I've had mine for a long time and love it, but it is fading so is nearing the point of being unreadable.

Mine is fading. I bought it in March of 2016, so almost a year go.

Does anyone know if one where I can get 4 lines engraved that will be permanent and not fade?

Edit: the band and tag must be waterproof, even if I have to order them separately. I'd prefer to not order them separately but will if needed.

Oh and if you know why the search didn't do anything but go to a blank square with the list of list of most recent posts on the side but nothing else, you can let me know that too. Thanks.

About the search results not showing up, it is an annoying glitch that commonly happens.

Have you looked on Amazon? They have a lot of kinds and some of them can be engraved for free. I had a great one from there, unfortunately, it got lost. I'm waiting for a replacement to come in.

I might be able to find a blank one on Amazon but there is no place here that will engrave 4 lines on a medical ID tag so I need to order one online that I can have the place I order it from do the engraving.
