This has been on my mind for a while are we not ''designed'' for NT life? I can do it for a while for example working at burger king from 11AM to 4PM then I need to ''recharge'' then I am stressed with my dating life and taking care of my dog, is it normal for us to have panic attacks and always feel stress? and do we also have a higher ''adrenal'' output with heightened nerves? I notice everything

Yes, I'm afraid what you describe is about par for us. I felt the same way most of my working life. An antidepressant helps with the stress, the frazzled nerves, etc. If you aren't taking one, see your doctor. You might see about a job at a library or somewhere calmer than fast food. Easier said than done I know but would be worth the effort.

Hang in there my friend.

Is it just our neurological makeup where we can't cope with alot of stress and multitasking? I can deal though but it all piles up then panic attacks, I attempt to take the NT route but it feels ''fake'' or ''somethings missing''
