I have just identified something which is a low level stress trigger, and that is WIFI.
I used to turn it off at night as I had difficulties sleeping until my brother and the internet provider said never to turn it off. But I get issues through it. Ever since we had WIFI a few years ago I have had these issues.
When I am away from WIFI areas I feel free. WIFI gives me a low level headache type of effect. I can feel it, just like I have to leave the room if I switch the microwave on, or if I am driving or cycling near pylons or some phone masts I need to get past quick so I can avoid the feeling.
Only today I have connected it to one of the reasons how I used to go into shops and now I struggle. They have WIFI, and yes, it does effect me.
I mentioned it to a doctor a few years ago and Iwas told "Nonsence", but it is since we and other places have had WIFI, I have had extra anxiety and throat closing issues.
Someone I know... WIFI has been installed onto a lamp post near their house, and since then she has had nose bleeds and has been unwell. She complained to the local council and they said they only own and are responsible for the posts and not for the fittings. (Then who is responsible for it? No one seems to know).
Is now I have thought about it, when I am in a countryside area away from WIFI and phone mast coverage, I feel free and energetic again. Free from the background low level "Distant" headache. (Is the only way I can describe it).
The problem is our government want the whole of the UK to have one big WIFI system without any areas that are free from WIFI. Why? Are they aware how if effects people?

There do seem to be a number of people who are badly affected by it, and I think there is a fair bit of research that shows it's harmful. I won't have wi-fi in my house, and my network is all hard wired. I'm working on using radio control for models, and may use it for some sensors around the house, but it will be set up to transmit at the lowest possible power, and as infrequently as possible. I'm building it and writing the software, so I have control, but I don't trust any form of radio device that I don't have control over. My mobile phone is almost always turned off too. I'm not looking forward to having 5G imposed on us.

I'm not aware of it affecting me, but I'm applying the precautionary principle, although not to a fanatical extreme. It also helps to keep Big Brother from totally controlling my life too.

Essentially all they have to do is chahge the frequency of the 5G network and it will still work well and not be a danger to ones health. It is almost as if they have designed it to harm ones health.

https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Barrie_Trower
Dr.Barrie Microwave Trower is a pseudoscientist who allegedly trained in the British Government Microwave Warfare Establishment in the 1960s and worked with the underwater bomb disposal unit.[1] So far, he hasn't given any concrete evidence to support his apparent training and work. He also claims that after this he "went on to teach advanced physics and mathematics at South Dartmoor College", which in practice means he was a high school teacher, as South Dartmoor College is a secondary school in Ashburton, Devon, England (perhaps he wants you to think it's a research university, but no).[2][3]

Never trust a doctor eh?

I often see that with scientists. The more famous they become the less I can trust them.

Never trust a doctor outside his area of expertise!

If I were the UK government, I wouldn't let my physicists and engineers study the bioeffects test data. Their expertise is building microwave systems, not biology! Proper scientific research involves keeping secrets to avoid the biases of the experimenters from corrupting the measurements.

At least that is what I was taught. There may be some Aspies capable of doing research without any bias, because our neurology is different.

The National Research Council (NRC) spent more than three years reviewing more than 500 scientific studies that had been conducted over a 20-year period and found "no conclusive and consistent evidence" that electromagnetic fields harm humans. The chairman of the NRC panel, neurobiologist Dr. Charles F. Stevens, said that "Research has not shown in any convincing way that electromagnetic fields common in homes can cause health problems, and extensive laboratory tests have not shown that EMFs can damage the cell in a way that is harmful to human health."

Recently, the alarm has been raised by some who fear that damage might be done to our brains from being exposed to Wi-Fi. Despite the fact that modulated frequencies bringing radio and television transmissions into our homes are stronger and more pervasive than the radio waves used by wireless networks, there has been little call to reduce radio or TV transmission.

• The power levels for microwave Wi-Fi are lower than that for microwave cell phones.

• Visible light carries more energy than microwaves and bombards us much more frequently than microwaves from such things as cell phones or wireless networks.

• Microwave ovens are tuned for optimal water absorption, which happens to be about 2.45 gigahertz, and despite numerous scare stories about the effects of microwaved water and food on people, animals, and plants, you can't do anything to food or water with a microwave oven that you couldn't also do in a conventional oven with infrared waves, assuming you use the ovens as intended. Microwaved food is safe and poses no health hazard.)

There have been 31 studies looking at whether people who report being hypersensitive to electromagnetic fields can detect their presence, or whether their symptoms are worsened by them. A typical experiment would involve a mobile phone hidden in a bag, for example, with each subject reporting their symptoms, not knowing if the phone was on or off. Thirty-one is a good number of studies, however...

• 24 found that electromagnetic fields have no effect on the subjects.

• Seven did imply a measurable effect:

o In two of those studies with positive findings, even the original authors have been unable to replicate the results.

o For the next three, the results were found to be only statistical artifacts

o The final two results contradicted each other; one showed positive mood change, the other showed negative.

At this time, it looks as if hypersensitivity to EMFs is a psychosomatic disorder. For example, a research team in Norway (2007) conducted tests using sixty-five pairs of sham and mobile phone radio frequency (RF) exposures. The increase in pain or discomfort in RF sessions was 10.1 and in sham sessions 12.6 (P = 0.30). Changes in heart rate or blood pressure were not related to the type of exposure (P: 0.30–0.88). The study gave no evidence that RF fields from mobile phones may cause head pain or discomfort or influence physiological variables. The most likely reason for the symptoms is a "Nocebo Effect".

It should be pretty easy to test whether a sample of tinted glass will block WiFi signals.

Maybe you could live in a glass house?

If the "tint" has a high metallic content -- such as reflective overlays -- and the rest of your house is completely shielded and grounded (e.g., a "Faraday Cage"), you may be able to escape any RF radiation.

Just don't operate any computers, microwave ovens, television sets, or any other electronic devices inside the house.

Why does a Faraday cage need to be grounded? A burglar may be shocked when he touches your house, but I see that as a feature, not a problem!

The idea is to force the induced static charges to the outside of the enclosed space so that none passes through the interior -- useful for avoiding static discharges and lightning.

Induced charge stays on the outside whether grounded or not.
In theory, if the door opened automatically, you could jump inside and not get hurt, just like birds landing on power lines.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and reality; while in reality, there is.

I can hear the squeal (for lack of a better word) of radio transmitters. RC cars, televisions, wifi. It's always driven me crazy. If I were asleep in a house and someone in another room turned on a tv I would wake up instantly.
The modem that I got when I had internet set up where I live now squeals a lot. I can't stand it. I thought that turning the wifi aspect of it off would help, since it should no longer be using radio, but it really hasn't. I've been thinking about wrapping it in aluminum foil to see if that would block out the signal, since I'm only using the ethernet connection anyway. haven't tried it yet.

The squeal may be generated by the wall wart or power supply rather than the powered device. Power supplies often have an idle mode so you may need to load test it to hear the squeal.

I also suffer with this issue but it is less than some with just the headache. Experimentation with my home hub has revealed that if I lower the signal strength of the N band (2.4ghz) the headache goes away. The AC band (5ghz) has no effect on me so the hubs and extenders all have the N band disabled.

To those wondering how to do this have a look at your home hub instructions, there should be an admin account in which these settings are hiding.

Hope this may help some on here with this issue.
