anything about my sickness...why ive been here for so long on this forum and havent made any posts...why i keep coming back and why im trying to fit in without having been diagnosed with aspergers/autism...why i cant lose weight properly...alles

which sickness are you referring to..."paranoid schizophrenia"?

i think ocean is a great username, and you're not letting it go to waste. lots of people sign up here and then leave, having never left any kind of footprint.

still others sign up just to lurk, and take it in from outside, only posting once in a while. whatever works for you, there's no right and wrong about these things.

what have you tried to do for losing weight?

Whats the mental health service like in Germany? Do you get good treatment and everything you need?

i really dont know how to answer these questions...my mother used to be a secratary...i ask people with spiritual knowledge for help...i know theres trained hackers here and real students...i know things about light therapy...ive been trying to clean thing with a lot of soap and deturgent...i make spelling errors when i knw they can be corrected easily...i had and have bad memory...i hardly smoke any more...i make the same mistakes...and i know i might die soon cuz of meds ive been taking all my life...and i just dont want to make any more mistakes

Relaxation music therapy? Is that like doing relaxation exercises with music in the background?
