Once I get very overwhelmed (like stressed from over-exposure to noise and possibly light, starting to get a migraine, etc.), noises began to cause me to have some sort of tremor. My head shakes back and forth, like the motion people make when they want to say "no."

Does anyone else experience this? I've seen neurologists about the problem, but they haven't found anything wrong with me. I've had brain scans (both CAT and MRI I think). It doesn't happen often, and it hasn't happened throughout my life, just within the past 5 years or so.

I've had seizures and Tourette's like symptoms before from being over stimulated. I'm lucky if I just throw up or get a headache or stomach ache. If I ask someone something and they keep talking after I get the answer I needed and/or go to another subject, I'll forget what it was I had originally asked.

My head shakes too and I have obviously visible ticks.
Sometimes it hits my stomach and I become nauseated. Sometimes I have a fever.

In large crowded noisy spaces where i get sensory overload i get some obvious ticks which ive learned to hide fairly well (like head twitch to the left or right eye squint) so not many people notice it, and usually wrap my hands tight over my thumbs, and often catch myself rocking when i sit. Havent had any uncontrolled shaking or any experiences like that other than hand tremors from anxiety, not unlike DT's from alcohol withdrawal.
