Genetics and Ability to See Others’ Thoughts in the eyes
Emerging research suggests our DNA influences the ability to read a person’s thoughts and emotions from looking at their eyes. And it appears that genetic capability is prevalent among women but not men.

I'm sceptical of the 'Reading the mind in the eyes' test . It's much easier when given answers to chose from than an actual on the spot working out what a person's eyes might be revealing.
I had to do an eye/emotion recognition test for my assessment. It was horrible and I didn't do very well. The psychologist who did my assessment said it shows I have a real problem because the test is static and I had time to really think about the images and choose from a preset list of possibilities whereas in real life, peoples expressions change constantly and there are no list to choose from. I pretty much don't make eye contact in real life because I find it hard to concentrate on what people are saying if I do.

Very true: but "looking into" their eyes."
"And it appears that this genetic capability is prevalent among women but not men"
Yes prevalent in woman, but not lost in men, with a Welsh connection.
Women with dark hair and blue'e green eyes, are the worst perpetrators.

This page comes up with 8 trackers. Most pages have at least a few which is why running something like Privacy Badger is useful.

Good'day glad to see our Os Cousins have got there eyes open.
Why I don't like trackers I think is because, in the bush it
means a Predator is on your trail (the lone hunter theory)
I get the hairs on the back of my neck standing up feeling.
Being electronically followed, I get no warning.
It's true the predator is just after my Wallet not Blood.
But the more “Mona” is bled away needlessly the less I prosper.
To survive evolution has kick in, and is now in full flow!
Developing: Electronic Sensory Defence Systems.
Or E S D S for short.
