I've been in the same room for 5 hours trying to make a fax machine work. I've followed every online guide, and it's th emiddle of the night. I've been extremely close to outbursting with this incessant and uncontrollable anger for about2 of these 5 hours butI have to constantly stifle it so I don'twake people up.

I need thisto stop immediately. All I can do to resolve the situationis silently insult the printer because I feel like somethingwhich onpurposefully pisses me off will at least hear what I'm saying. I knowthat's not logically true but it's releasing some of the anger. The bastard needs to learn.

But anyways, I'm calmer now, but I'm really not sure how to fix this issue. The anger is just nonstop and it literally destroys me.

I sometimes have the same kind of problem when something I am trying to do suddenly becomes complicated by one thing or another and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. As best I can at those times, I just step back a bit to relax for a moment while re-affirming my commitment to keep working methodically while refusing to be intimidated and overcome by an inanimate object!
