After all of the ranting and raving that I've done, I've decided to start a positive thread.

The things that make me happy are, spending time on this site, being with my Dog, Christmas Dinner with my family and relatives, computers/Internet, Video Games, spending time with friends and aquaitences, listening to music, watching Heartbeat on Saturday Evening before I go to bed, all types of Art and reading about different places and cultures.

What are the things that rock your boat?

Watching a movie with my children. Reading novels. Having a productive day at work. Smelling my lilocs when in bloom.

My Dog, Yikes, reading, writing something I'm really proud of, something I know actually being useful or an appropriate thing to mention in a conversation;) being with people who want to be around me, as opposed to just tolerating me.

My friends, my dogs, my parents (when my mom isn't yelling and cussing at me), video games, anime, EverQuest II, drawing, going to Florida, Japanese music, tuberculosis, and dragons

The only time I ever feel "joy" is while hiking, sitting atop a mountain, watching clouds, staring at the stars, seeing a beautiful sunset, or playing with my cat.

Lately, mostly just playing computer games and visiting this site. I need to get a pair of Guinea Pigs, they are always fun to be with.

music, reading, writing, gardening, cooking, music, making clothes and needlework; actually TEACHING something (rather than crowd control, for a change); making people laugh; music; something which should be in the mature section; music; being silly...

good grief, there's LOADS of things which make me joyful. so why am i such a miserable cow, then?

a good run

a good lift

bringing something into exsistance in CAD. . .god, that probably sounds geeky and probalby egocentric but I feel incredible when I sit back in my chair and look at whatever I just made. . .::tear::

reading a good book. . .one that seems to melt into poetry without even trying (Robert Caro IS GOD)
