The "Aspie" answer would be "alone," I believe. How do you, personally, feel? Would you rather eat alone at a restaurant, or converse with somebody?
Frequently, Aspies like to be involved with their "special interests." And they sometimes have difficulty within social occasions such as that found with multiple people sitting at a table at a restaurant. They have difficulty, say, in "filtering out" conversations which have nothing to do with the conversation which they are pursuing at the moment.
I, myself, have difficulty talking to more than one person at a restaurant table.
That's one of the annoying things about those tests - the subjectiveness.
My answer to your question is 'converse with somebody' rather than dine alone.
But like you I have difficulty talking to more than one person at a restaurant table.
