I've been doing this weird stim ever since I was a one year old. Folding my ear into my ear canal. I mostly do it when I need to calm down. And it feels better when my ear is cold. But I'm wondering, does anyone else do this? I've tried seeing online if anyone else does, and I get nowhere.

I've done that, although I've never thought of it as a stim before...When I was a baby I would grab my mom's or sister's hair and shove it into my ear, too. I forced myself to stop stimming for the most part when I was a tween, though, because they developed into compulsions too often, and I would get caught in loops.

Never really done it before but just tried it. It feels good! If you don't mind me asking when were you diagnosed? I see we're around the same age.
