I get very anxious and I don't like big groups of people. I have to go to a meeting at work on a Monday where there are 40-50 people in the room and I don't cope well with it. Yet I have always gone to football games and they will have 20,000 people there and I am fine with it.

Why is that?

I do wonder if the routine and predictable nature of going to home football matches is where I am OK. On my rare ventures to away football matches I find I am very anxious at the unpredictability of it all, not knowing how the crowd will react etc.
