i have autism i have accidents still sometimes what should i do i mean do i need too wear diapers or pull ups or will the mattress cover help thanks

If you "soil" your mattress it isn't going to go away by itself. So ...yeah...if you have trouble "controlling" yourself ( in that way) while sleeping at night then I guess you have to wear some adult diapers (Depends, Attends, or whichever).
