Not sure what you're talking about.
But to capsulize it: I think that what you're asking is something like this: "If you are genius in every area of your life except in one (lets say vision), but you are totally blind, then you might get disability. But if you're a genius in every other area of your life, but are only slightly near sighted, would you get disability?".
The answer to your question is "probably not". But I'm no lawyer.
