Do you have to be committed to the whole day? Just that if it were me and it turned out to be too stressful etc., I'd want to feel able to abort the mission before it started feeling really horrible. Paradoxically, I seem to have more staying power if I don't feel under pressure to continue. And I've known things to start out bad but turn out good when I've stayed with it.
The thing sounds potentially useful but it looks like you'd have to give up a lot of music for it. That would be a tough call for me, as music is extremely good for me, but it depends on the quality of the music things of course.
I don't know if I'd have to stay the whole day. They really individualize it, and you can take as many breaks as you need.
The music stuff can be worked out.
