For me it is those tiny lint balls that appear if fabric is rubbed together.

-Other people, especially NTs, I have to stop myself from hitting them if they do
-Styrofoam especially when it rubs other styrofoam, I'll stim about this for days
-Wood slivers sticking out of my skin, downright nerve wracking
-Velvet and suede is a big one for me too, major stim trigger

Certain kinds of fabrics, sandpaper and... that might actually be it; I don't have nearly as much trouble with these kind of things as I used to.

Newspapers. The smell alone makes me feel nauseous and the thought of the ink staying on my hands afterwards.
Getting my nails caught in fabrics, or the thought of biting into a woolly sweater causes feelings of sensational cringe.
Anything sticky. This isn't as strong as the other two, but it causes at the least an annoyance.

- Other people
- Anything dry and smooth when my hands are dry and there is friction between the two
- Meat of any kind
- Oily things

Cant STAND the look, cant stand the feel, and above all, I cant stand THE SOUND, of....Styrofoam.

The sound of Styrofoam containers squeeking against each other in the back of a car makes the proverbial "fingernail on a chalkboard" sound like ez listening Kenny G. smooth jazz!

But I do LOVE it when you toss an empty Styrofoam cup onto burning logs in a campfire, or fire place. The way it melts back into the gloppy liquid petroleum from which it was made, and how it bursts into purple and green flames. Destroying the stuff in a fire is AWESOME!

Something gross & terrifying like frogs, lizards, snakes, turtles, alligators, & other types of creatures.

Plus I also hate touching people whether it's someone I know or not, & whether I hate them or not.

This is extremely bad for me too. I instantly feel angry/annoyed when it happens. I don't think anyone in my surroundings would understand it though.

Cotton balls for me are the worst.

Styrofoam is up there too, though.

Food.

Or, to clarify, food that leaves a noticeable residue on your fingers.

If it's a piece of chocolate I can touch that with my fingers. Most dryish foods that leave little residue are okay for me to touch with my fingers.

If it's a slice of pizza or a potato chip or anything oily, I can only touch it if I know that there is soap and water readily available to wash the oil off my fingers immediately after I'm done eating it.

Anything else greasy, slimy, oily or leaving any kind of thing on my fingers, I'm averse to handling. For this reason, I don't enjoy preparing food to cook if any of the prep involves direct touching and can't be done with utensils entirely.

-More than anything else, I can't stand the feel of construction paper! Regular paper bothers me too, but I can at least tolerate it and use it. I hate the feeling of pencil on paper, but I can tolerate it.
-Velvet
-Sandpaper
-Chalk and chalkboards (hate the sound, too)
-Shark bites
