Does low cognitive empathy always mean you're wrong?

And the other person or persons' interpretation is right? This is what was suggested to me although it was couched in terms of "You've always said socialisation is difficult" because I had a disagreement over replies to a thread I created on another forum. .

You could be right, and the other person could be wrong--at least theoretically

I thought Low Cognitive Empathy was common in Aspies.
I am autistic, opinionated, often clueless, but rarely wrong. :lol:
