Housing organizations in Australia

Long story short. I am concerned that I do not fit into major assistance for things such as NDIS help due to "not being disabled enough".
I also know it is so much more harder to get DSP in Australia these days.
The there are housing organizations who do not even bother writing back to me.
In any case, what are the housing organizations in Australia you have had experience with? Preferably positive, but I will also be wary of those who have negative views of some as well, so feel free to share them here.
