Holidays can be tough for everyone NT or ASD. Hoping everyone here gets through them ok.

We're all human regardless of our neurology.

Be good to one another.

To all who celebrate Merry Christmas, to those that don’t enjoy your day off.
Remember the extreme sensory hell will end or at least ease a lot January 2.

As New Zealand is the first country that S. Claus and the Reindeers visit, if you see this sleigh passing over the Northern Hemisphere, it isn't a UFO:

(Page 2 has a picture of New Zealand's beautiful "Christmas Tree" flowering, the lovely Pohutakawa tree which lines the harbours in the North Island in full bloom at this time of year)

Merry Christmas Wrong Planeteers! May your day be bright.

For anyone with kids, or who is a kid at heart, and you're into the Santa thing: NORAD does a Santa tracking simulation on Christmas Eve - throughout the day.

https://www.noradsanta.org/

Some years it has been amazing - it varies year to year. (Yeah, I check in on it :-) ) They actually try to simulate a 24-hour global tour.

I gave myself a very odd Christmas present one year. I was driving taxi on Christmas eve, with over a hundred nights of experience, and I had been a bit disappointed in myself for having been easily robbed of a fare from time to time. Then, I picked up a young guy from a bar downtown, going about a mile. I'd actually noticed that he had no coat on, and then, when he changed his mind about the destination, to one a block away I finally got suspicious. So, when he said he had to go inside to get the money, I went with him. Defeated, he came back to my cab, and I returned him to the bar. If he had just been honest, and said he'd gambled away his coat or whatever, I'd have been just as happy to give him a Christmas present ride, but instead, I had my first success at being street-wise.

Merry Christmas, Sweet Peas! I hope you don't end up on my plate, because you're all too sweet to eat. :D :P

Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

(When I was much younger, it was Merry Christmas and a Drunken New Year.)

I give the wild ducks that live in nearby streams the sweet baby green peas they love for their Christmas dinner, so I will think of you while they are enjoying themselves. Merry Christmas CR :)
