I think I am getting again relationship problems with my colleagues.
- I try so hard to stick to the rules, but whatever the circumstances,
- I show respect and never criticize authority, even take their defence when my pears are criticizing them,
- I do my best to comply to expectancies, when others more try to do their best at appearing like models and try to take advantage of the system behind their back.

Very often, I feel that people are creating important bounds by criticizing the weaker in a group or by criticizing authority. I can just not participate to this and can't play this double game. Also when I want to "solve a problem" they sometimes feel threatened because at the end they think I'm on the "side" of authority. For me there is no "sides" , there is only "how can we do our best to do the best altogether".

Have you gone through this? Did you change something to fit better or avoid problems?

Yes, I've had this too. I just want to get on with my job and go home but my colleagues are always trying to drag me in to some petty drama with the management! Now I try to just keep myself to myself a bit more and avoid those colleagues where possible. I only mix with the one or two I connect well with who don't cause me stress.

Thanks, again I focussed on problems to find solutions, to the point I forget about nice colleagues. :)
