I did an online test on Schizotypal Personality Disorder to see so much overlapping symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder and I meet some diagnostic criteria for Schizotypal Personality Disorder. There is so much overlapping symptoms.

Key thing to differentiate is the repetitive behaviors and sensory issues, as these are not part of schizotypal PD. If these RRB/sensory symptoms are present it's just autism--you can't be diagnosed with both disorders.

A lot of neurological disorders seem similar as well, until you get into a room a dozen or two people with the same disorder. Then you can see one or two that seem a little out of place. Most disability communities don't mind if you don't know exactly what you have and are trying to figure out what you have.
ALS is often diagnosed by ruling out everything else.
As well as a sharp decline that suggests you don't have much time left.

It's actually possible to be diagnosed with both disorders, it's just not common.
