Can someone give me a link on what level Aspergers or Autism people have & what types? Can someone help me? I never found out what level I am. I think I have ADHD & I’m pretty sure I have a learning disability too.

I know we all hate Autism Speaks, but one thing I will give them credit for is having a good definition of the different levels...
https://www.autismspeaks.org/what-autis ... c-criteria

Basically, if people don't know there's something wrong with you from the moment they see you, you're probably level 1.

They did not make that definition, they copied it from the DSM 5.

Hi Kitty. When I was diagnosed I was given a copy of my diagnoses and another copy was sent to my doctor. On mine it tells me Asperger and lots about the things I have problems with. Yours should say whether you are ADHD and learning difficulties on it. Do you have a copy of yours?

I don’t have a copy. My therapist diagnosed me.

Your therapist should be able to provide you with a copy of the report that she did on you, are you able to contact them and request a copy?

What is a "well-established diagnosis"? Also, is there a level 0? I seem to have fallen off.

I don’t remember, my therapist diagnosed me over two decades ago, she was my fave therapist, she was my first therapist when I was a teenager, she just started being a therapist, I had her for a therapist twice.

That's a shame because that would have been the easiest way to find answers, but hopefully you will get some idea from the the NAS description. Also by comparing yourself to others on WP who find the same things difficult and asking what their diagnoses is.
Here in the UK, I would just ask my doctor to look in my medical records but I don't know how your system works, sorry.

I don't think there is any official "level 0" - if it's not severe enough to warrant a level 1 diagnosis, you basically end up with no diagnosis.

That said, there is the Broad Autism Phenotype (BAP). Essentially, it describes all people who have autistic traits, regardless of whether they are severe enough to warrant a diagnosis. Have a read of this article:

Hi Kitty4670,

The Autism scale is from low functioning to high functioning. I don't understand the point of knowing where you are in the scale.
Try this test, it takes 5 minutes.
