The fact the car flipped, hit a gas line and then crashed. It's lucky anybody is alive period. Luckily there also was no major explosion. It coulda' been worse.

I wonder where the room was located from the street?

At my home the car would have to go up a curb, drive at an angle go through a side fence, hit the stucco plaster and voila meet me in my room. I'll probably be up when the driver meets me. If unlucky enough the car would hit the phone and electric ground lines for my house and the two beside me, and even ram through one of those mailboxes that hold the mail for all the homes on the block.
