does anyone else happen to like fidget toys or benefit from them? I happen to like my fidget cube or tangled jr and find, they help me focus with certain tasks like writing.

I have several fidget spinners, and while they're good for pentup energy they can become addictive...

I just got a "fidgi pen" a few days ago, and I'm already hooked. So far, it seems to be helping reduce my compulsive hand wringing. Looks pretty cool and writes well, too.

I have always enjoyed my toys. Adding the word fidget is new. I discovered having small inconspicuous toys helped me concentrate at school. In my office at work, I had toys on my desk and on my shelves. I had enough cool toys that people would play with them when they visited me. The distraction of playing with toys seems to reduce anxiety in everyone.
